Which lion you feed the most??
Terpulang pada kita samada kita feed a lot of positive thot encouragement thot into our mind atau pun kita feed too much of negative thot into our emotion. See the battle within two lions below.
Semoga ada manfaatnya.......
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Everytime you decide on a new goal, you set the scene for a battle to begin. It is a battle between two lions that live within your heart.
Your golden lion is noble and passionate and will fight to make your goal a reality. Your black lion is negative and destructive and seeks to tear down your goal and prevent you from achieving success.
Every day these two lions wage a battle within your heart to decide whether or not you will achieve your goal.
The big question is - Which lion will win?
The answer is - Whichever one you feed the most.
Each positive, uplifting thought you have, feeds your golden lion and makes it stronger. On the other hand, every discouraging, negative thought you have, feeds your black lion and makes it more powerful.
Every time you take action and do something towards achieving your goal, your golden lion leaps into attack.
Every time you fail to take action and get distracted, your black lion pounces.
When you become aware of this fierce battle that is raging within your heart, it becomes easier to take action on a regular basis. By doing so you will feed your golden lion and over time give it the strength it needs to triumph.
This Week's Action Steps:
(1) Visualise your battle against negative thinking and procrastination as a battle between two lions that live within your heart.
(2) Make the decision to feed your golden lion by thinking positive thoughts and taking consistent action towards achieving your goals.
(3) Enjoy watching as your golden lion grows stronger and ultimately conquers your black lion once and for all.

We were always outside playing
Assalamualaikum semua..
Just a flash back, at one time we were very proud to be the best student in the class, or perhaps in the whole school....to the extent that we might look down on those who scored the lowest in school. Worst still we might not really remember their names....until 30 or 40 years later when we realized we still stuck here, working for people - with monthly income just enough to support our family survival in this hadhari world of Malaysia, whereas those names that we almost forgot, who might not even have SPM Certificate or the best they can obtain is only 3rd Grade in SPM, now they are the one who drive luxury cars such as Toyota Hi-Lux, Harrier, Fortuner bla..bla..blah.
Suddenly we realized that those Education/Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Master etc are almost nothing....and not so valuable as what our beloved teachers preached us all along.
It is the inner drive, the self motivated and the person with clear conscience, highly persistence and managed to present him/herself at the right time & the right place to grab whatever opportunity life provided; he is the one who has succeeded in life....
*********************************************************************
This relates to the scenario in Malaysia. For those who did not grow up here or born in 80's...maybe you are not able to understand. This is very true...
How we grew up in the 60's and 70's.
TO ALL THOSE WHO WERE BORN IN THE 50's and 60's / early 70s
First, we survived with mothers who had no maids. They cooked /cleaned while taking care of us at the same time. They took aspirin, candy floss, fizzy drinks, shaved ice with syrup and diabetes was rare.
Salt added to Pepsi or Coke was remedy for fever. We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets.
As children, we would ride with our parents on bicycles/ motorcycles for 2 or 3. Richer ones in cars with no seat belts or air bags. Riding in the back of a private taxi was a special treat.
We drank water from the tap and NOT from a bottle. We would spend hours on the fields under bright sunlight flying our kites, without worrying about UV rays which never seem to affect us.
We go into the jungle to catch spiders without worries of Aedes mosquitoes. With mere 5 pebbles (stones) would be a endless game. With a ball (tennis ball best) we boys would ran like crazy for hours. We caught guppy in drains / canals and when it rained we swam there.
We shared one soft drink with four friends from one bottle and NO ONE actually worry about being unhygienic. We ate salty, very sweet & oily food, candies, bread and real butter and drank very sweet soft drinks, sweet coffee/ tea, ice kachang (peanut), but we weren't overweight because..... .
WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!
We would leave home in the morning and play all day, till streetlights came on. No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K. We would spend hours repairing our old bicycles and wooden scooters out of scraps and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. After running into the bushes a few times, we learned to solve the problem.
We did not have Playstations, Nintendo's, X-boxes, multiple channels on cable TV, DVD movies, no surround sound, no phones, no personal computers, no Internet. WE HAD FRIENDS and we went outside and found them! We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and we still continued the stunts. We never had birthday parties till we were 21.
We rode bikes or walked to a friend's house and just yelled for them! The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of. They actually sided with the law! Yet this generation has produced some of the best risk-takers, problem solvers and inventors ever!
The past 40 years have been an explosion of innovation and new ideas. We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL! And YOU are one of them!
CONGRATULATIONS!

Keep rolling yr dice!
Assalamualaikum semua,
So, keep rolling yr dice coz' each time you roll yr dice, you are getting closer to yr goal! Live your dream

Roll Your Way To The Top
A useful way to think about achieving your most important goals is to see life as a complex game of snakes and ladders.
Imagine that each time you take action towards achieving a goal, you are rolling ‘the dice of life’. Sometimes you roll a ‘6’ and your action has a big impact on achieving your goal. Sometimes you roll a ‘1’ and your action only has a small impact. Generally, however, you are moving closer to your objective each time you take action and roll the dice of life.
Every now and then something happens that moves you towards your goal in a giant leap. This is like landing on a square that contains a ladder. For example, if your goal is to run your own business, a ‘ladder’ might be signing a contract with a major new client.
In pursuing any worthwhile goal, there will also be times when you encounter unforseen setbacks. These setbacks are the equivalent of landing on a snake.
The secret to achieving your goals in life is also the secret to getting to the top of the snakes and ladders board…"Just keep rolling the dice of life"
When things don’t work out the way you hoped, close your eyes and imagine yourself sliding down the back of a giant snake. Always think of your problems as a temporary setback rather than the end of the game.
Also, as you move forward, keep an eye out for the ladders that can accelerate your success. In the real world ‘ladders’ might be new contacts, new opportunities or new ideas.
If you approach life knowing that achieving any worthwhile goal will involve both snakes and ladders, you will be much better prepared for the temporary setbacks when they arise.
This Weeks Action Steps
(1) Visualise the journey to achieving your goals as a game of snakes and ladders(2) Understand that there WILL be ladders (unforseen help) and snakes (unforseen setbacks) on your journey to success.
(3) When problems arise, recognise them as temporary setbacks. Keep rolling the dice of life and continue moving forward towards your goal.

Selamat datang ke blog baru aku..
Salam untuk semua dan welcome to my new blog...
Dalam kehidupan harian, kita banyak bertanya "what is it in me?". Kita jarang bertanya apa yang boleh kita berikan untuk orang lain. See also my old blog.

A New Perspective
Sometimes a simple change of perspective can make all the difference. It can be like the dawn of a new day.
In response to the challenges life brings us, it's easy to sometimes view the world from a perspective of survival. From this perspective we often examine situations and ask ourselves, "What can I get from this? What can I take? What can I gain?". This perspective is illustrated by the following picture:
One of the most powerful secrets for achieving success is to change this perspective and instead, examine the world from a perspective of contribution. Change the questions you ask yourself and instead of asking, "What can I get? What can I take? What can I gain?" ask, "What can I give? What can I share? What can I contribute?"
The most amazing thing about this change of perspective is that the more you contribute to the lives of others, the more you will receive in return.
For example if you run a business, instead of focusing on "making a sale", change your focus to "helping your customers and making a positive contribution to their life". When you do this, your customers will sense your genuine desire to help them and as a result you will gain more sales.
This Week's Action Steps:
(1) In every situation ask yourself, "What can I give? What can I share? What can I contribute?"
(2) Make a contribution to others and enjoy the benefits life sends you in return.
